Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellation:

  • You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your order within 1 hour of payment. However, once your order has been processed and sent to our Shipping Department, refunds are no longer available.

Non-Reception:

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 days of payment processing, you may request a refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following non-reception scenarios:
    • The delivery address was changed by the client after ordering.
    • An incorrect address was provided by the client.
    • The order was delivered to the correct address, but no one was available to receive it.
    • The order was delivered to the correct address, but was claimed by someone other than the client.

Ineffective Products:

  • If you find a product ineffective, you can request a refund by providing the following:
    • A clear picture of the lab test report.
    • A clear picture of the product.
    • A clear picture of the packaging (envelope, box, etc.).
    • Your order number.
    • Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds may take 10 to 20 business days to process, depending on the policies of the credit card processing company and your bank. Payments made through CashApp or Bitcoin can be refunded within 5 business days following the completion of our investigation
